Production
Our Argentine production facility incorporates the latest generation technologies, including new oil extractors and centrifuges. Our state-of-the-art laboratories are managed and operated by experienced professionals who perform physical, chemical, microbiological and sensorial analyses on a continuous basis throughout all facets of production.
We have instituted stringent controls both in our orchards and in the packing house to assure that our products meet the strict industry standards for the contents of allowable pesticides. Our packing house uses advanced computerized optical systems for electronic sorting of fruit to meet the requirements of every market. This, along with the cold-storage facilities and degreening rooms used for fruit preservation and shipping, completes our circle of controls.

Our products are processed under strict norms of quality and food safety in accordance with international standards. All processes have been certified under ISO 9001 and 14000, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), and Global G.A.P. by prestigious institutions such as Bureau Veritas Quality International, IRAM and SGF.
