Vivian Glueck: Legacy, Vision, and Leadership
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate Vivian Glueck, Owner and President of Citromax Group, whose journey reflects resilience, intellect, and a deep respect for family legacy.
Born in New York and raised between the U.S. and Argentina, Vivian grew up alongside the evolution of her family’s citrus business, founded by her father, Jacob Glueck. His story of perseverance and entrepreneurship shaped her early understanding of leadership and purpose. Still, Vivian carved her own path first.
She earned a degree in Physics from Barnard College and a Master’s in Astrophysics from Columbia University, later working at NASA. The analytical rigor and curiosity she developed in science continue to influence her leadership style today.
In 2001, she was named President of the Citromax family of companies. Under her guidance, the organization has remained proudly family-owned while strengthening its global presence and commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term partnerships.
As a woman leading a major industrial group, Vivian represents progress in an industry where female leadership at the highest levels remains rare. She leads with confidence, balancing business growth with community involvement and family life.
A mother of four, Vivian’s leadership extends well beyond her work. She shares her life with her husband, Henry Rosenberg, Executive Vice President of Citromax Group.
Deeply committed to giving back, Vivian is actively involved in philanthropic efforts and serves on the boards of respected New York institutions.
Her journey highlights how women continue to redefine what leadership looks like, integrating vision, resilience, and expertise. This International Women’s Day, we celebrate her contribution not only to industry but to a broader culture of inclusion and impact.
